Originally from Blount County, Tennessee, Craig Holloway moved to South Carolina in 1999 and returned to the Knoxville area in 2014 to practice law.  Prior to attending law school, Craig was a construction superintendent for a national homebuilder where he was responsible for overseeing the construction of single family and multi-family homes in the Myrtle Beach and Murrells Inlet, South Carolina area. His concentration in law school was alternative dispute resolution, family law, and construction law. Additionally, he was a law clerk for a prominent family lawyer in Charleston, South Carolina and successfully completed a family court judicial observation program involving all aspects of domestic disputes, divorce, juvenile delinquency, and Department of Social Services cases.

Mr. Holloway now focuses much of his practice in the areas of divorce, child custody, child support, orders of protection, paternity, adoption, and conservatorships.  In addition to his domestic practice, Craig handles insurance defense litigation involving automobile and trucking accidents, general liability defense, workers’ compensation, and construction law. He is an active member of the Knoxville Bar Association, Blount County Bar Association, and the Tennessee Bar Association.  Mr. Holloway is also an active member of the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association (TDLA) and the Defense Research Institute (DRI), and is a student mentor for the Tennessee Achieves scholarship program.

Craig and his wife Kathy, live in Farragut, Tennessee and have one son.  Craig enjoys golf, tennis, and paddle boarding.
