Campbell D. Cox Esq.
Campbell Cox joined Trammell, Adkins & Ward as an associate in 2020. His practice is primarily focused on a variety of litigation representing insureds and insurance companies in actions involving automobile and trucking accidents, homeowners' claims, fire and casualty, premises liability, general liability, healthcare liability, as well as insurance coverage and claims. Campbell received his J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2019 with a focus in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution. He also has experience in the areas of copyright, entertainment law, and software licensing from his work with various tech companies and startups.
Campbell is an active member of the Knoxville Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Defense Research Institute (DRI), and the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association (TDLA). While in law school, he served as SBA Secretary, Research Editor for Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law, and was a student attorney with the UT Advocacy Clinic. He is also a recurring columnist in the Knoxville Bar Association's DICTA magazine and runs the Tennessee IP Law Blog.
Campbell is a native of Johnson City, Tennessee and currently resides in Knoxville. In his free time, he is active in the theatre and entertainment community, having done work with the Oak Ridge Playhouse, Investigation Discovery Channel, and Netflix.
